Category: mold inspection
When allergy reactions and symptoms are more prevalent inside a home than out, there may be reason to suspect mold. This applies to a residential home as well as a workplace, mainly because of the dramatic difference between the inside and outside environments. And although there are other reasons for respiratory symptoms to surface, checking for mold is one of the more obvious.
Not all molds are harmful to humans. But there are a few molds that can seriously affect our health when we come in contact with them. One of which is black toxic mold, or more scientifically speaking, “stchybotrys chartarum” molds. Since it’s difficult for us to determine which molds are harmless and which are threatening, a mold inspection should be performed by professional companies if you encounter mold in your home. If your house is clean, then “passing” the mold inspection will make you feel more assured about the status of your home; if your house is indeed infected after the mold inspection, it’s better to know sooner rather than later.
